Who Cares?

The “Who Cares” Club is a group of environmentally friendly Middle School students whose mission is teach others to re-use & recycle by showing them how easy it can be. The club is run by Mrs. Mary Pat Budd who received start-up funds from the PTSA for the initiative. The students have started collecting lunchroom waste to put in the composter, which was been donated by Ken Migliorelli of Migliorelli Farms. They are going to use the compost in the spring to grow vegetables in a raised bed garden, which was built by head custodian Sean Hermance. What could be better than to re-use food waste to grow more food!
